Running an Analysis

A typical CLI workflow involves:

1. Navigating to the relevant project or directory

2. Running a SynapseAudit command with the desired target

3. Waiting for analysis to complete

4. Reviewing the output

Each run is independent and reflects the current state of the code at the time of execution.

There is no caching or background indexing between runs.
