All core functionality — including code analysis, finding generation, and result presentation — executes locally within the development environment.
This means:
No internet connection is required for standard usage
Analysis does not depend on external services
Results are produced without leaving the local machine
Offline operation is not a fallback mode.
It is the default and primary execution path.
Optional features that require connectivity are clearly separated and never affect the availability of local analys
