Things to verify:
The extension is installed and enabled in VS Code
A supported file is open in the editor
Analysis is being triggered through a valid command, context menu action, or extension UI control
SynapseAudit does not run automatically.
If analysis was not explicitly triggered, nothing will happen.
If triggering analysis produces no visible response:
Confirm that the correct editor window is active
Ensure there is no conflicting extension intercepting the command
Try triggering analysis via the Command Palette to confirm invocation
